HOA Services of Sumter, LLC was founded in January 2016 to fulfill a need in

the Sumter, SC area for creating, and professionally managing home owner

associations. 

 

The company is owned and operated by local Sumter

businessmen that have over 100 combined years invested in the Sumter

community, and over 75 combined years in the development and management of Real Estate

in the Sumter area.

 

They understand a home is the largest investment most people will make in their lifetime and

protecting that investment is paramount. They are also keenly aware that properties in

neighborhoods with active, viable, and cohesive HOA’s maintain much higher values than

neighborhoods without guidelines or direction.

 

They stand ready to establish long term, mutually

beneficial relationships with the advisory board in each community to ensure their neighborhood
